We started ndgenius with a simple belief: Tribal Nations rise together by sharing what works.
We’re creating a new group coaching program led by Patrick Anderson (Tlingit) — who has served as parliamentarian for the National Congress of American Indians, Alaska Federation of Natives, and many others.
The program helps small- and mid-sized tribal councils run meetings that are less stressful, more effective, and more in tune with your Nation’s values.
Watch the video to see how it works, and apply below if it sounds like a good fit for your council.

Starting Intentionally
We’re starting small — partnering with 2–4 tribal councils to co-create this program around your real needs before opening it more widely.
Our first focus is on small- to mid-sized Tribes who need ongoing support but may not have the staff or systems to build it alone.
If this sounds like your Tribe, apply now to join our founding cohort. You’ll get hands-on guidance, personalized coaching, and the chance to shape a community that supports tribal governance across Indian Country.
*Is your tribe larger but interested? Contact us here. We’d love to learn about your needs and discuss options.
A Different Approach
ndgenius is a relationship-based learning and support network built on giving and receiving.
Members learn from one another’s challenges and successes while gaining access to: - Courses and webinars - Templates, checklists, and guidebooks - Group coaching and expert sessions
Together, we’re building a living library of real-world solutions from real tribal leaders.
When we share what works and support each other, all of Indian Country rises.
